- Other Details: The facility, which is stroke-certified, trauma level 2 and PEDs level 2 is looking for a provider to cover On-site clinical hours. The facility will need 12-14 shifts a month in August. The shifts will be 12hrs each, shift times 7am-7pm or 7pm-7a. There are an average of 15-35 patients per shifts and 15 beds in the department.
