All Star Recruiting is contracted with a Hospital in North Carolina that is in need of a Pediatric Critical Care Physician for coverage for Sept 1 6pm-6th 6pm and November 21st at 6pm-25th 6pm. Ideally, the hospital would like a minimum of 5-7 shifts to be covered a month. These shifts will consist of 12 hours coverage day/night for a Pediatric/ Hospitalist. Physicians shall provide comprehensive care for assigned critically ill pediatric patients in the PICU, and will participate and lead the implementation of the best practice systems and processes to guide the care provided by the interdisciplinary pediatric critical care team.
