Maintain active involvement in patient care to support clinical excellence.
Ensure compliance with facilities policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

MD or DO with board certification in Pediatric Critical Care, Pediatric Intensive Care, or equivalent.
Proven experience managing critically ill pediatric patients, ideally in a similar facility.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor clinical staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with NPs, including managing vent-dependent pediatric populations.
Knowledge of Point Click Care or similar EMR systems is preferred.

Working Hours

Competitive salary of $300,000, with range not guaranteed, subject to experience.
Collaborative and supportive work environment.
Opportunity to lead a specialized pediatric healthcare team.
Potential housing arrangements for clinicians relocating.
No on-call requirement, with a focus on work-life balance.
