Seeking a full-time BC/BE Pediatric Intensivist to join a collaborative and mission-driven team in the Great Lakes Bay Region of Michigan.
Highlights:
- This hospital-employed position offers a rewarding clinical role within a well-established pediatric program, featuring academic involvement and a flexible schedule
- Join a cohesive team of Pediatric Intensivists supporting a 10-bed PICU
- Work approximately 14 twelve-hour shifts per month, with flexible scheduling based on physician input and team collaboration
- Responsibilities include PICU consults, admissions, procedures, and the management of critically ill pediatric patients
- Subspecialty support includes Pediatric Hospitalists, Pediatric Surgery, Pediatric Neurology, Pediatric Cardiology, Pediatric Neurosurgery, and Pediatric Endocrinology
- Supportive medical leadership and a hospital culture committed to quality, safety, and family-centered care
- Academic affiliation with local University including opportunities to teach medical students and pediatric residents
- Faculty appointment with expectations for participation in clinical education
