A growing nonprofit in Des Moines, Iowa is hiring an experienced behavioral health leader for a rare opportunity that combines optional clinical care with strategic leadership — shaping the future of behavioral health services for children, adolescents, & families.
Position Highlights:
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on care planning and crisis support; Lead clinical strategy, program development, and service innovation
• Serve on the executive leadership team, designing & implementing evidence-based, trauma-informed care models
• Incorporate up to 20% direct patient care, providing individual & family therapeutic support for adolescents in a residential facility
• Compensation of $130,000+, depending on experience
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in a behavioral health discipline, including Social Work, Psychology, or related; LISW/LCSW licensure preferred
• 3+ years of leadership & program development experience; prior management of direct reports preferred
• Experience with youth, families, or high-risk populations preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills
Living in Des Moines, Iowa:
