Job Description

A Porterville, California based client is seeking an exceptional Pediatric Nurse Practitioner or Pediatrician to provide compassionate patient care to children. An ideal candidate is motivated, collaborative, and works well in an interdisciplinary team. This clinic is an outpatient facility and new graduates are welcome to apply.

Required Qualifications

  • CA medical license as NP or MD/DO
  • CA DEA certificate before start date
  • Board certified
  • CPR certification

Responsibilities

  • Assess and diagnose a variety of diseases and injuries in patients from birth to adolescence
  • Perform therapeutic procedures, including preventative care and follow up
  • Arrange referrals, consultations, and therapeutic services
  • Chart review and document all patient encounters efficiently and according to organization policy
