Job Description

  • Coverage Needed:
    • ASAP - Ongoing
    • 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm
    • 3 weeks per month, for 3-4 consecutive months, maybe longer
    • Weekend call 2x/month
    • Specific Dates:
      • Facility 1
        • Oct 4-8
        • Nov 8-12
      • Facility 2- Oct 11-15
      • Facility 3 - Nov 1-5
      • Facility 4 - Nov 22-26
  • Clinical Information:
    • Average 13-15 cases/day (approx. 30-40 blocks)
    • Must be able to:
      • Gross own cases - there is no path assistant available
      • Comfortable with blood bank duties
      • Cover frozen sections
      • Comfortable with busy facility and workload
  • Requirements:
    • Board Certified - AP/CP Pathology
    • Current/Active FL License
    • DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
