DESCRIPTION:

• Staff pathologist is needed for a long-term locum tenens position in Texas

• Normally 1-2 weeks’ commitment per month

• Begins as soon as credentialed

• Approximately 20 cases per day of general surgical pathology to include GI, GU, Breast, GYN pathology

• No procedures or paps required

• Will be required to rotate grossing and frozen section responsibilities with other pathologists in group

REQUIRED:

• TX state license; active, unrestricted required

• Must possess a National Provider Identifier (NPI#) as defined by Medicare Part B.

• BC/BE in AP/CP

COMPENSATION:

• Commensurate on experience and availability

• Travel and housing provided, or excellent travel allowance should you prefer

• Occurrence-form malpractice insurance provided
