### Locums | Anatomic and Clinical Pathology | Cape Girardeau, MO (MO license or IMLC accepted) ### Why This Role

  • Weekday schedule with every-other-weekend beeper call
  • Histotechnologist and Pathology Assistant support
  • Ongoing staffing need with coverage authorized through July 2027
  • Epic EMR ###
Assignment Details Initial coverage period: September 28, 2026–January 2, 2027 Additional coverage may continue through July 2027 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm Call: Every other weekend Call type: Beeper Call response time: 15 minutes Setting: Inpatient pathology service Estimated workload: Approximately 40–60 blocks No admissions required EMR: Epic Credentialing: Approximately 60 days Temporary privileges: Available Providers needed: 1 ### Requirements Board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology Active Missouri medical license or IMLC eligibility Current BLS certification Appropriate training and privileges for pathology interpretation ### Clinical Details Provide timely pathology reads and maintain continuity of laboratory operations Work alongside a histotechnologist and Pathology Assistant Pathology Assistant performs grossing Assigned-service beeper call every other weekend No teaching, resident supervision, or APP supervision required
