We are seeking 2–3 experienced Pathologists to provide full-time locum coverage in Georgetown, SC with the opportunity to support multiple affiliated hospital locations. This role offers a dynamic environment for physicians who enjoy diverse pathology casework across multiple clinical sites while collaborating with experienced laboratory and clinical teams.

🗓 Start Date: December 1, 2025 (ASAP coverage needed)

🕗 Daily Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🍽 1-hour unpaid lunch break

🔬 Clinical Responsibilities

🔹 Review and interpret surgical pathology and laboratory specimens
🔹 Provide diagnostic pathology interpretations for multiple hospital sites
🔹 Collaborate with clinicians to ensure accurate diagnostic reporting
🔹 Maintain detailed pathology reports and documentation using Epic EMR
🔹 Support laboratory teams across affiliated healthcare facilities

Providers may support pathology services across several affiliated medical centers, including:

🏥 Orangeburg, SC
🏥 Aiken, SC
🏥 Hilton Head, SC
🏥 Coastal Carolina region
🏥 Additional affiliated regional hospitals

Providers should be comfortable reading cases for multiple sites and adapting to different clinical environments.

✅ Requirements

✔ MD / DO – Pathology
✔ Active South Carolina Medical License required
✔ Ability to interpret a broad range of pathology subspecialties
✔ Comfortable working across multiple hospital sites
✔ Experience with Epic EMR preferred
