A hospital-based pathology lab in New York is seeking an AP Board Certified Pathologist for a 3–6 month locum assignment due to coverage needs.
Practice Details:

General Anatomic Pathology

Frozen section analysis (provider cuts own frozen sections)

Cytology (ThinPrep method)

Approx. 13,000 surgical specimens & 3,000 cytology specimens annually
-
No call required

Level III Trauma Center
-
EMR: EPIC/Beaker

Lab Certifications: CLIA & NYS
Lab & Equipment:

ThinPrep Integrated Imager (Hologic)
-
Avantik Cryostat (QS12UV / QS II)

Nikon Eclipse E400 & Olympus BX41 Microscopes
Requirements:

AP Board Certified (Required)

Active New York State License (Required)

Current NPDB Self-Query (must be pulled within same month as submission)
