Excellent opportunity for a motivated BE/BC AP/CP Pathologist to join a growing hospital-based practice in Laredo, Texas!
Details:
- Full-time position
- Hospital-based practice
- Subspecialty training preferred but not required
- Nationally recognized and pathologist-owned laboratory
- Sign out a wide range of anatomic pathology cases
- Provide frozen section coverage
- Oversee clinical laboratory operations and quality
- Collaborate with a dedicated onsite Pathologists’ Assistant (majority of grossing performed by PA)
- Access remote digital pathology support and expert consultation
- Participate in tumor boards, hospital committees, and multidisciplinary meetings
- Maintain compliance with CLIA, CAP, Joint Commission, and hospital standards
- Strong organizational and digital pathology support
- Supportive and collaborative practice environment
- This position offers the autonomy of an independent hospital role with the strong backing of a collaborative, experienced pathology team
