Coverage Needed
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday - Friday (8 AM - 5 PM), Beeper call at night (7 PM - 7 AM), 24-hour beeper call on weekends (7 AM - 7 AM)
- Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Plus Call
- Call Type: Beeper
- Call Response Time Required: 20 minutes
- Phone Consults: 1-2
Clinical Details
- EMR System: Cerner
- Practice Setting: Inpatient
- Patients Per Shift: Up to 30 cases per day, mostly diagnostic cases
- Trauma Level: 1
- PEDs Level: 3
- Support Staff: Pathologist Assistants available
Requirements
- Board Certification: Required
- BLS: Required
- Specialty Skills: Surgical Pathology, Grossing or cutting frozen section
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
