This role operates during traditional hospital hours, with on-call responsibilities after hours, on weekends, and on holidays, providing a comprehensive and satisfying professional experience.

Required Skills:
- Board certification in Pathology (ABP or equivalent)
- Proven expertise in both Anatomic and Clinical Pathology
- Strong diagnostic skills in Gynecologic and Surgical Pathology
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Nice to Have Skills:
- Subspecialty certifications or experience in Gynecologic Pathology
- Prior experience in hospital or academic settings
- Knowledge of molecular diagnostics and laboratory management
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Completion of ACGME-accredited pathology residency program
- Minimum of 3 years of post-residency experience in pathology
- Active medical license in the state of practice
Other Requirements:
- Availability for hospital shifts from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with on-call duties as scheduled
- Willingness to participate in after-hours, weekend, and holiday on-call rotations
- Commitment to maintaining certified licensure and certifications
- Willingness to adhere to all hospital and regulatory protocols
