Required Skills & Scope of Practice
Candidates must be comfortable with a broad scope of Anatomic and Clinical Pathology, including:

Surgical Pathology

GI & GU Pathology

Gynecologic Pathology (preferred focus)

Dermatopathology
-
Neuropathology
-
Hematopathology (bone marrow & lymph nodes)

Bone marrow aspiration/biopsy & interpretation

Cytology (GYN & Non-GYN)

Frozen sections / grossing
Requirements
-
Board Certified in Pathology – REQUIRED
-
Active Texas medical license – REQUIRED
-
No ACLS, BLS, ATLS, or PALS required
