- Clinical Shift Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM COVERAGE DATES

PATIENT INFORMATION
- Patient Demographics: All ages
- Phone Consults: As required
- Case Mix: Anatomic and clinical pathology services across multiple sites
FACILITY INFORMATION
- EMR System: Epic
- Office Equipment Available: Standard pathology and laboratory equipment
- Specialty Backup Available: Multi-site pathology teams
- Support Staff Available: Laboratory and hospital support staff
- Reason for Coverage: Urgent full-time coverage need
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
- Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
- Credentialing Timeline: Expedited credentialing required
- Cross-Facility coverage and multi-site credentialing required: Yes
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

- Diagnostic pathology case review across assigned subspecialties
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active South Carolina medical license required
- Board: Board Certified in Pathology
- Experience: Multi-site pathology coverage experience preferred
- Other Qualifications: Must list all pathology subspecialties with submission
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide diagnostic pathology services across multiple hospital and affiliate sites
- Read and interpret pathology cases onsite
- Collaborate with laboratory staff and clinical teams
- Complete hospital modules and Epic personalization requirements
- Accurately document and report pathology findings in Epic EMR
