We are seeking a seasoned Pathologist to join a fully equipped, innovative mobile pathology laboratory, providing expert frozen skin pathology interpretation throughout the Greater Tampa Bay region. This is a unique opportunity offering flexibility, meaningful clinical impact, and collaboration with exceptional providers-all while maintaining an excellent work-life balance..
Important Note: The Pathologist needs to Float from one clinic to another
Job Responsibilities
Provide timely diagnostic results to support provider decision-making
Travel locally with our mobile pathology lab 2-3 days per week
Work within a fully built CLIA-certified mobile laboratory outfitted with advanced diagnostic instruments
Collaborate closely with experienced Histotechnologists and supportive clinical staff
Document findings using a streamlined electronic EMR system
Contribute to a positive, professional, and patient-centered work environment
Qualifications
Dermatopathology fellowship training - Required
New graduates and 2026 fellows encouraged to apply
Ability to read 10+ frozen sections per day
Strong diagnostic confidence and ability to work independently
Active Florida medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
