• Job Title: Physician – Pathologist
• Job Type: Locum Tenens
• Location: Orangeburg, SC
• Service Setting: Hospital
• Coverage Type: Clinical + Call
• Coverage Period: August 29, 2025 – September 1, 2025
• Clinical Shift Schedule: Mon – Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch)
• On-Call Shift Schedule: Weekend 24-hour call, 8:00 AM – 8:00 AM
• Call Type: Beeper

• August 29 - September 1, 2025
• Additional dates TBD based on vacation requests

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active SC license
• Board: Board Eligible (within 5 years)
• Certifications: Fellowship in Pathology (Required)
• Experience: Must be able to independently perform frozen sections
• Other Qualifications: Strong diagnostic skills in general pathology
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform frozen section evaluations and intraoperative consultations
• Interpret and diagnose pathology specimens
• Communicate findings effectively with clinical teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and pathology reports
• Provide coverage for pathology services during scheduled absences
