The Department of Pathology, Anatomy and Cell Biology of the Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University is recruiting for a board certified, full-time faculty member, open rank, with subspecialty fellowship training in Hematopathology and Surgical Pathology, in the Clinical Scholar track or Clinical Educator track, commensurate with training, experience, and academic record.

This position will involve clinical sign-out duties in the Hematopathology subspecialty and Surgical Pathology subspecialty. The candidate will participate in resident and fellowship training activities and clinical conferences. The Department has an ACGME accredited residency program and subspecialty hematopathology fellowship. Medical licensure in Pennsylvania is required.

The Department places an emphasis on scholarship. The successful candidate will be expected to be a member of the Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University teaching faculty and time will be allocated to pursue the intradepartmental and interdepartmental opportunities for independent and/or translational research. Development of specialized expertise is strongly encouraged.
