Job Details:
- Seeking Hematopathologist Physicians to provide locums coverage for a facility in North Carolina
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematopathology
- Shift times available: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with some night and weekend call
- Locums provider should be available to provide coverage in 1-week blocks of time
Facility Details:
- 974-bed, level 1 trauma and academic medical center
- Inpatient and outpatient clinical responsibilities to include:
- Blood smears
- Body Fluids
- Bone Marrow
- Lymph Node
- Extranodal lymphoma
- Flow cytometry sign out
- Established pathology program inclusive of 7 clinical pathologists, 11 surgical pathologists and an AP/CP residency, centralized in one tertiary care medical center laboratory, surgical pathology division accessioning 26,000 cases annually
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematopathologist - REQUIRED
- NC Active license - REQUIRED
