Are you a BE/BC Pathologist with hematopathology expertise seeking an excellent work–life balance?
We are seeking a Pathologist to join an established, independent, physician-led multispecialty group.
What You’ll Do
-
Provide comprehensive anatomic and clinical pathology services in a community-based practice

Perform and interpret IHC with confidence

Practice hematopathology, including bone marrow and lymph node pathology (required)

Collaborate closely with physicians, APPs, laboratory staff, and hospital leadership

Serve as a key consultant to medical and surgical specialties across the organization

Deliver accurate, timely diagnoses with a strong service-oriented mindset

Who We’re Looking For
-
MD or DO with completion of an accredited Pathology residency

Board Certified or Board Eligible in AP/CP (BC strongly preferred)

Hematopathology subspecialty training required

Comfortable with IHC and independent practice

Active Minnesota medical license and DEA (or ability to obtain)

Strong communication skills and a collaborative, service-driven approach
