UT Southwestern Medical Center, Department of Pathology, is seeking an accomplished Academic Cytopathologist with subspecialty training and expertise in Cytopathology (including with FNA material, body fluids and PAPs). The applicant must have an MD, MD/PhD, or DO; be American Board of Pathology-certified/eligible; and have or be eligible for a Texas medical license. Furthermore, excellent communication skills and additional expertise in one or more of the following surgical pathology areas is highly desirable: Head and Neck, Pulmonary, or Autopsy.

In addition to patient care activities, the candidate will be expected to participate in medical student and house staff teaching and develop or continue his/her research program. Outstanding opportunities for collaborative, translational research are available with members of basic science and clinical departments throughout UTSW.
