RediDoc is a technology platform that is currently enrolling new physicians in ALL 50 STATES. Founded in 2010, RediDoc is disrupting the traditional telemedicine workflow making it faster and easier for clinicians to connect with patients. RediDoc is looking for telemedicine clinicians to enroll on its technology platform in order to engage with patients in need of medical care. As a subscriber of the platform, you will have all the tools you need to begin to engage with patients virtually. Additionally, as a subscriber, you will work for yourself, at your convenience.

RediDoc has created a two step process to expedite your enrollment. To make the processing time more efficient please submit the following items to Physician Onboarding at [Register to View] in a PDF or a clear photo image format.

  • Government Issued I.D.
  • Current CV
  • Professional License
  • State Registration License (if applicable)
  • DEA License
  • Controlled Substance State License (if applicable)
  • Malpractice Certificate of Insurance (non binder)
  • Explanation of all Malpractice Claims
  • Medical School Diploma
  • Residency Certificate
  • Fellowship Certificate
  • Internship Certificate
  • ECFMG Certificate
  • Board Certificates
  • Hospital Affiliation Letter/Good Standing Letter
  • Sanctions Queries (if applicable)
  • Medicare Welcome Letter (if applicable)

Notification of Acceptance/Denial - Once the above documents have been received, RediDoc will begin the enrollment process, which usually takes less than 7 business days. You will be notified of your acceptance to the platform and sent a Physician Application, Physician Services Agreement and a HIPAA Business Associates Agreement via Docusign. RediDoc looks forward to having you a part of our growing technology that is positively changing today’s healthcare. Applicants MUST have:

  • Active state license(s), NPI and prescribing authority
  • Familiarity with technology, including computers, smartphones, and tablets
