Founded in 2010, RediDoc is disrupting the traditional telemedicine workflow making it faster and easier for clinicians to connect with patients. RediDoc is looking for telemedicine clinicians to enroll on its technology platform in order to engage with patients in need of medical care. As a subscriber of the platform, you will have all the tools you need to begin to engage with patients virtually. Additionally, as a subscriber, you will work for yourself, at your convenience.

• Malpractice Certificate of Insurance (non binder)
• Explanation of all Malpractice Claims
• Medical School Diploma
• Residency Certificate

• ECFMG Certificate
• Board Certificates
• Hospital Affiliation Letter/Good Standing Letter
• Sanctions Queries (if applicable)
• Medicare Welcome Letter (if applicable)

Notification of Acceptance/Denial - Once the above documents have been received, RediDoc will begin the enrollment process, which usually takes less than 7 business days. You will be notified of your acceptance to the platform and sent a Physician Application, Physician Services Agreement and a HIPAA Business Associates Agreement via Docusign.
