Locums – Elkins, West Virginia Pain Management Job (IMLC Accepted)

Start Date: 12/07/2026 Contract Length: 3–6 months Coverage: 2–3 weeks per month

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday

• 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Practice Setting:

• Clinic/Private Practice & Hospital

• Approximately 15 patients per day

• Patient population: Ages 30–80

• EMR: NextGen

Support Staff:

• 2 RNs

• Radiology Technologist for procedures

Required Procedures & Skills:

• Fluoroscopically guided spinal injections

• Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar epidural steroid injections

• Medial branch blocks

• Lumbar and cervical medial branch RFAs

• Joint injections

• SI joint injections

• Facet injections

• Trigger-point injections

• Peripheral nerve blocks

• Ultrasound-guided injections and procedures

• Experience with ultrasound-guided procedures required

• Experience with intrathecal pumps preferred

Qualifications:

• Board Certification required

• Accredited Pain Fellowship or qualifying board certification

• Active WV license or IMLC Accepted

• DEA required

• Minimum 5 years of experience required

• Willing to license

• Credentialing timeframe: 60+ days
