Interventional Pain Physician wanted on Long Island
A rapidly growing orthopedic, spine, and ambulatory surgery center platform is seeking an Interventional Pain Physician to join its expanding Long Island team. This is a unique opportunity for a physician who wants to build a thriving pain practice with strong procedural volume, ASC access, substantial income potential, and the autonomy to practice medicine without excessive corporate oversight.
We welcome physicians from PM&R, Anesthesiology, Family Medicine, Neurology, or other eligible residency backgrounds who have completed an accredited Pain Management fellowship.

Compensation
- $400,000 - $550,000 Base Salary
- $15,000 Sign-On / Relocation Bonus
- Productivity bonus model tied to both professional and ASC collections
- Realistic earning potential well above $750,000

Practice Details
Primary location is on Long Island, with satellite opportunities throughout the greater New York market.
The incoming physician will focus on evaluating and treating a broad range of acute and chronic pain conditions, including:
- Spine-related pain
- Neck and back pain
- Radiculopathy
- Joint pain
- Neuropathic pain
- Musculoskeletal injuries
- Post-surgical pain conditions
Procedural opportunities include:
- Epidural steroid injections
- Facet injections
- Medial branch blocks
- Radiofrequency ablation (RFA)
- Sacroiliac joint injections
- Peripheral nerve blocks
- Genicular nerve procedures
- Trigger point injections
- Ultrasound and fluoroscopic-guided interventions
- Regenerative medicine procedures, including PRP
