• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible interventional pain management physician

• Background in anesthesiology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, neurology, or emergency medicine

• Completion of an ACGME-accredited pain management fellowship required

• New graduates welcome!

• Must hold or be eligible to obtain an active New York medical license in good standing

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred, not required

• Part-time or full-time options available

• Monday-Friday, 9a-5p; exact hours depend on location and practice needs

• Call responsibilities to be determined

• Outpatient only

• No hospital responsibilities

• No workers’ compensation or no-fault patients

• H-1B visa sponsorship available, if needed

• EMR: eClinicalWorks

• Emphasize precise diagnosis and individualized treatment to relieve pain and improve patient function

• Assess and treat patients referred for elective and urgent consultations

• Provide evidence-based medical and interventional pain management based on appropriate clinical indications

• Utilize fluoroscopy or ultrasound guidance for most interventions

• Collaborate with physicians and allied health professionals to provide multidisciplinary care

• Work closely with the Medical Director, Clinic Manager, leadership team, and patient access staff

• Complete clinical documentation and visit claims information accurately and promptly in the EMR

• Maintain continuing professional development and comply with applicable clinical and regulatory standards

• Participate in team meetings and educational activities

• Additional responsibilities may include teaching, research, educational presentations, expert opinion reports, independent medicolegal consulting, and administrative duties, based on organizational needs

• Seeking a physician with strong communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, and teamwork skills, along with a compassionate bedside manner
