Medical Director – Interventional Pain & Spine Center Outside of Boston
Burlington, MA
Full Time | Leadership Opportunity
Seeking a fellowship-trained Interventional Pain physician to lead a growing multidisciplinary Pain & Spine Center at a Tufts-affiliated academic medical center.
Highlights:
- 80% Clinical / 20% Administrative
- Lead strategic growth of Pain Medicine services across the health system
- Expand outpatient clinics, procedural services, and referral networks
- Develop advanced offerings including:
- Spine interventions
- Neuromodulation
- Spinal cord stimulation
- Minimally invasive pain therapies
- Collaborate closely with Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, PM&R, Oncology, Rheumatology, Behavioral Health, Rehabilitation, and Primary Care
- Opportunity to develop a Multidisciplinary Pain Fellowship Program
- Academic teaching and research opportunities available
Qualifications:
- MD/DO
- Fellowship-trained in Pain Medicine
- Board Certified
- Massachusetts license or eligibility
- 5+ years clinical experience preferred
- Prior leadership experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- $485,000.00 - $515,000.00
