🗓️ Schedule & Coverage

• 📆 Start date: July 1, 2026 (ongoing assignment)
• 🕖 Schedule: Monday–Thursday
• ⏰ Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 🔁 No call coverage required 🚫📞
• 🧩 Mix of clinic + procedural days

🩺 Clinical Responsibilities

• 👨‍⚕️ Interventional pain management clinic and procedures
• 👥 Patient volume:
  • 🏥 Clinic: 20–22 patients/day
  • 💉 Procedures: 18–20 patients/day
• 🧪 Procedures include:
  • Trigger Point Injections (TPI)
  • Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS)
  • Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)
  • Nerve Blocks (NB)
  • Other interventional pain procedures
• 🔭 Ultrasound-guided procedures utilized
• 💻 EMR system: Epic

🤝 Practice Environment

• 👩‍⚕️ RN and MA support staff
• 🧑‍⚕️ Established 2-provider interventional pain team (Physician + APP)
• 🏥 Fully onsite procedural and clinic services
• ⚙️ Efficient, high-throughput workflow
• 🤝 Collaborative clinical environment

📌 Requirements

• 🎓 Board Certification required:
  • Anesthesiology or
  • Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
• 🪪 Active Pennsylvania medical license required
• 💳 DEA registration required
• 🧑‍⚕️ Minimum 5 years of experience in interventional pain management
• 🧪 Flu vaccination required
• 🌍 IMLC accepted
• 🚫 No additional complex screening requirements noted
