Well-established, physician-led outpatient platform seeking a Pain Management physician to step into a mature practice with established volume. This is a long-term opportunity within a stable, non-private equity environment.
• Established patient base and strong multi-specialty referral network
• Monday-Friday schedule
• Block surgery schedule
• In-house ASC pain suite with amazing staff in place
• In-house imaging for streamlined care
• In-house physical therapy and bracing
• Dedicated clinical and administrative support
• Minimal administrative burden with full clinical autonomy
Clinical Focus
• Mix of interventional procedures and medication management
• Physician should be comfortable and interested in a balanced scope of practice
Compensation
• Lucrative income potential, based on productivity and clinical mix
• No artificial income caps; compensation aligned with clinical effort and integrated services
