Schedule:
Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Combination of clinic and procedure days
Position Overview:
Join a well-established interventional pain management practice providing comprehensive outpatient care. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment with a balanced mix of clinic and procedural responsibilities.
Practice Details:
Current team: 2 providers (1 physician and 1 advanced practice provider)
Established interventional pain practice with onsite clinic and procedural services
Supportive and efficient workflow
Clinical Responsibilities:
Evaluate and manage adult patients (18+) with acute and chronic pain conditions
Perform interventional pain procedures including:
Trigger Point Injections (TPI)
Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS)
Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)
Nerve Blocks (NB)
Utilize ultrasound guidance for procedures
Patient Volume:
Clinic: 20–22 patients per day
Procedures: 18–20 cases per day
Support & Resources:
Dedicated RN and Medical Assistant support
EMR: Epic
Modern procedural equipment including ultrasound
Ideal Candidate:
Board-certified/board-eligible physician or experienced APP in pain management
Skilled in interventional pain procedures
Team-oriented with strong clinical and procedural skills
