Coverage Needed
- July 1, 2026 - Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- No Call
Clinical Details
- Average Daily Census: 20-22 clinic patients, 18-20 procedural patients
- Patient Age Group: Adults (18+)
- Procedures: Pain procedures including TPI, PNS, RFA, NB
- Special Equipment: Ultrasound
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: RN and MA support
Requirements
- Board Certified
- Active PC License and DEA
- Minimum Experience: 5 years
- Specific Skills: Interventional Pain proceduralist
- Vaccines: Flu vaccine required
