🩺 What You’ll Do
✔️ Evaluate and manage patients with acute & chronic pain
✔️ Perform interventional procedures including:
• Epidural steroid injections (cervical, thoracic, lumbar)
• Medial branch blocks & radiofrequency ablation
• Nerve blocks & trigger point injections
• SI joint injections & spinal cord stimulator trials
✔️ Provide patient-centered, evidence-based treatment plans
✔️ Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
✔️ Document care using Epic EMR
🎯 What We’re Looking For
✔️ Board Eligible / Board Certified in Pain Management or PM&R
✔️ Active New York Medical License
✔️ Minimum 1–2 years post-fellowship experience
✔️ BLS Certification required
✔️ Experience with Epic EMR preferred
✔️ Strong procedural and clinical decision-making skills
