We are seeking a skilled Pain Management Physician for a locum opportunity in Canandaigua, New York. This role offers a structured outpatient setting with a consistent weekday schedule and a strong focus on interventional procedures.

🩺 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pain management care in an outpatient setting

• Perform interventional procedures including:

  • Epidural steroid injections (cervical, thoracic, lumbar)

  • Medial branch blocks (MBB) & radiofrequency ablation (RFA)

  • Nerve blocks & trigger point injections

  • Sacroiliac joint injections

  • Spinal cord stimulator trials

  • Genicular and intercostal nerve procedures

• Evaluate and manage patients across all age groups

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care

• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

✅ Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management

• Active New York medical license (required)

• Fellowship training in Pain Management (ACGME not required)

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience post fellowship preferred

• BLS certification required

• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
