- Other Details: We are seeking a board-eligible pain medicine interventional physician with a fellowship (not required to be ACGME-accredited), a New York medical license, and BLS certification, with 1–2 years of post-fellowship experience, to provide ambulatory care and procedural services in both clinic and OR settings. The provider will perform interventional pain procedures including cervical, thoracic, and lumbar ESI and MBB, RFA, nerve blocks, trigger point injections, sacroiliac joint injections, spinal cord stimulator trials, genicular nerve blocks and RFA, intercoseal nerve blocks, and piriformis injections. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with office call coverage after hours and on weekends, and the provider will float between the ambulatory clinic and OR space as needed. Key responsibilities include providing direct patient care, coordinating diagnostic and treatment procedures, supervising and instructing staff, participating in quality assurance activities, serving as faculty for trainees, complying with all regulatory standards, maintaining professional and respectful interactions with patients and staff, and applying knowledge of growth and development to care for patients across all age groups from neonates to geriatrics.

Job Responsibilities
* Perform interventional pain procedures including ESI and MBB (cervical, thoracic, lumbar), RFA, nerve blocks, trigger point injections, sacroiliac joint injections, spinal cord stimulator trials, genicular nerve blocks and RFA, intercoseal nerve blocks, and piriformis injections
* Coordinate diagnostic and treatment procedures and referrals
* Supervise, instruct, and monitor nursing, ancillary, and support staff in proper patient care
* Participate in quality assurance activities and comply with clinical indicators and regulatory standards
* Serve as faculty for residents and medical students as appropriate
* Maintain professional, respectful, and cooperative interactions with patients and staff across all age groups
* Apply knowledge of growth and development to patient care for neonates through geriatrics
Qualifications
* Fellowship completed (ACGME accreditation not required)
* Active New York medical license
* BLS certification
* 1–2 years of post-fellowship clinical experience
* Professional demeanor with strong communication skills
Working Hours
* Office call coverage after hours and on weekends
* Float between ambulatory clinic and OR space as needed
