An outpatient pain management clinic in Canandaigua, New York is seeking a Board Certified Pain Management Physician for a locum opportunity.
This role focuses on interventional pain management in an ambulatory clinical setting, providing care for patients with chronic musculoskeletal and neuropathic pain conditions. The physician will perform a variety of interventional procedures including epidural steroid injections, nerve blocks, and radiofrequency ablation.
Providers will work in a collaborative outpatient setting with access to procedural space for advanced pain interventions.

• Perform comprehensive musculoskeletal and neurological assessments
• Conduct interventional pain procedures including injections and nerve blocks
• Interpret imaging and diagnostic studies related to pain management
• Develop individualized treatment plans for pain relief and functional improvement
• Collaborate with clinic staff to maintain efficient patient flow
• Provide patient education regarding treatment options and recovery expectations
• Document patient encounters using Epic EMR
Qualifications
• Fellowship training in Pain Medicine required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management
• Active New York Medical License required
• BLS Certification required
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience post fellowship preferred
• Epic EMR experience preferred
Working Hours
Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Call: Office call only (after hours and weekends)
Assignment Duration: 26 Weeks
Orientation: 16 Hours
