About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pain Management Physician to join our multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering high-quality care for patients experiencing acute and chronic pain. The ideal candidate will effectively assess, diagnose, and treat complex pain conditions using both interventional and conservative modalities, striving to improve patient function and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including history, physical exams, and diagnostic test interpretation.
- Develop and implement individualized pain management plans.
- Perform interventional procedures such as nerve blocks, injections, spinal procedures, and neuromodulation techniques, as indicated.
- Educate patients and families on pain management options, expectations, and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams for optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Medical Degree (MD or DO) with an active, unrestricted medical license.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine or Interventional Pain.
- Fellowship training in Pain Medicine preferred.
- Strong procedural skills and commitment to patient-centered care.
Compensation & Benefits:
- 💰 Competitive salary range: Typically, $380,000 – $550,000+ per year depending on experience, skill set, productivity, and incentive structures.
- 💼 Some practices offer base salary plus bonus potential, productivity incentives, and partnership/ownership opportunities.

Schedule:
- Typically, Monday – Friday clinical hours.
