Position Summary
The organization is currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pain Management Physician to join its expanding clinical team in Houston, TX .
This full-time role offers a well-balanced schedule, state-of-the-art facilities, and a collaborative clinical environment focused on achieving excellent patient outcomes while supporting physician satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience performing interventional pain procedures and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities
Assess, diagnose, and treat patients experiencing acute and chronic pain conditions.
Perform interventional pain procedures such as epidural steroid injections, facet joint blocks, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablations, and spinal cord stimulator trials (as credentialed).
Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate interventional procedures, medication management, and rehabilitative therapies.
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team that may include physical therapists, behavioral health specialists, and primary care physicians.
Ensure thorough and accurate documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system.
Contribute to quality improvement efforts and maintain compliance with established clinical standards and best practices.
Qualifications
Education:
MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
Licensure & Certification:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, or Neurology .
Completion of, or current enrollment in, an ACGME-accredited Pain Management Fellowship .
Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
Experience:
Prior experience in outpatient or interventional pain management is preferred, though new fellowship graduates are welcome to apply .
