Pain Management Physician Opportunity ~ Detroit, Michigan

A leading rehabilitation and healthcare network in the metro Detroit area is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pain Management Physician to join a collaborative, patient-centered medical group. This hospital-based role provides an excellent opportunity to practice in a multidisciplinary environment with access to advanced technology, diverse patient populations, and strong clinical and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Full-time, employed, and fully benefitted position (Monday–Friday schedule)
Approximately 30 hours per week in clinic, ~8 hours for procedures, and inpatient consults as needed
Monthly operating room time available as needed
No hospital-wide PM&R call requirements
Utilize on-site fluoroscopy suite with anesthesia support
Collaborate with ample ancillary staff, including athletic trainers, registered nurses, and physician assistants
Participate in academic activities within an established training program for pain medicine fellows and residents
Occasional travel to affiliated outpatient clinics within the metro area (e.g., Novi, Dearborn)
Qualifications
Board Certification or Eligibility in Pain Management or related specialty
Fellowship training is preferred, particularly with exposure to PNS, SCS, BVN, and MILD procedures
Active Michigan medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
DEA certification required
Prior experience in pain medicine is strongly preferred
