We are seeking a Fellowship-Trained Pain Management Physician to join a modern multidisciplinary outpatient practice focused on treating acute and chronic pain conditions. The provider will work alongside physical therapists, chiropractors, and rehabilitation specialists in a collaborative environment delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care. This role offers the opportunity to focus on procedures and patient outcomes with strong administrative and operational support.

The provider will work alongside physical therapists, chiropractors, and rehabilitation specialists in a collaborative environment delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care. This role offers the opportunity to focus on procedures and patient outcomes with strong administrative and operational support.
Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate and manage patients with acute and chronic pain conditions
• Perform interventional pain management procedures in an ambulatory surgical setting
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans
• Conduct physical, neurological, and musculoskeletal examinations
• Collaborate with rehabilitation specialists and other providers for integrated patient care
• Review medical histories and diagnostic imaging
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
• Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions when needed
Qualifications
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of ACGME-accredited Interventional Pain Management Fellowship
• Active New Jersey medical license
• DEA registration for prescribing medications
• Experience with spine and musculoskeletal procedures preferred
Working Hours
• Full-time or Part-time options available
