🩺 Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership
• Provide clinical oversight and leadership to the medical and allied health teams
• Ensure all services meet established medical standards and regulatory guidelines
• Develop and implement clinical policies, protocols, and best practices
• Mentor and supervise physicians and clinical staff through case reviews and training sessions
Patient Care
• Manage your own patient caseload and perform procedures as appropriate
• Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations, including physical, neurological, and orthopedic examinations
• Review medical histories and diagnostic findings to determine treatment plans
• Provide expert guidance on pain management strategies and patient care plans
Team Collaboration
• Collaborate with rehabilitation professionals, therapists, and other specialists to coordinate patient care
• Provide feedback to clinical teams regarding diagnoses and treatment planning
• Participate in multidisciplinary care planning meetings
Operations & Quality Assurance
• Assist in structuring and organizing clinical departments
• Review patient charts to ensure appropriate care and documentation
• Participate in provider recruitment, including reviewing applications and interviewing new clinicians
• Support training initiatives and contribute to ongoing clinical education programs
✅ Qualifications
Required
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of a Pain Management Fellowship
• Active New Jersey Medical License
• Current DEA License
• Strong clinical background in pain management
