• Evaluate and manage acute & chronic pain conditions

• Develop comprehensive, patient-centered treatment plans

  • Radiofrequency ablation

  • Joint injections

  • Spinal cord stimulator trials (if applicable)

• Coordinate care with primary care and specialty providers

• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance standards

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Pain Medicine

• Background in Anesthesiology, PM&R, or related specialty
