Job Responsibilities
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic pain conditions
• Perform interventional pain procedures (joint injections, nerve blocks, epidurals, etc.)
• Develop comprehensive, multimodal pain treatment plans
• Coordinate care with primary care providers and specialists
• Educate patients on pain management strategies and safe medication use
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Qualifications
• MD/DO with completion of residency (Anesthesiology, PM&R, Neurology, or related field)
• Fellowship training in Pain Management preferred
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active Oregon medical license
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care
Working Hours
• Full-time schedule
• Monday–Friday clinic hours
• Limited/shared call (if applicable)
Skills
• Proficiency in interventional pain procedures
• Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making abilities
• Excellent patient communication and counseling skills
• Team-oriented and collaborative approach
