- April 13, 2026 - Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- No Call
Clinical Details
- EMR: Epic
- Support Staff: RN and MA support
- Patient Volume: 20-22 clinic patients, 18-20 procedural patients per day
- Patient Age Group: Adults, Geriatrics
- Special Procedures: TPI, PNS, RFA, NB, etc.
- Special Equipment: Ultrasound
Requirements
- Board Certifications: Anesthesiology, PM&R
- Active PA License and DEA
- Specific Skills: Interventional Pain Proceduralist
- Minimum Experience: 5 years
- Vaccines: Flu (COVID-19 vaccine required, with medical/religious exemptions allowed)
