Job description Healthcare United is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Interventional Pain Medicine physician to join a well established private practice in Fort Myers, Florida. This full time opportunity offers a strong clinical support structure, high earning potential, and a clear path to ownership in an ambulatory surgery center. The practice provides comprehensive pain management services with dedicated medical assistants, scribes, registered nurses, and nurse practitioners, allowing physicians to focus on procedural and clinical care.

Job Responsibilities

Provide interventional pain management services including procedural based care
Deliver high quality, compassionate care to patients with chronic and acute pain conditions
Work collaboratively with two nurse practitioners who manage the medical side of patient care
Perform procedures in the ambulatory surgery center four half days per week
See patients in the clinic six half days per week
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate effectively with clinical staff and leadership to support practice growth

Qualifications

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Pain Medicine
Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one
Demonstrated experience with interventional pain procedures
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a team based private practice environment
Strong interest in ASC ownership after two years

Working Hours

Full time position
Four half days per week in the ambulatory surgery center
Six half days per week in the clinic

Expertise in interventional pain management techniques
Strong clinical judgment and procedural skills
Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities
Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams
Strong organizational and documentation skills
