A well-established, privately owned outpatient pain management practice in Pensacola, FL is seeking a Non-Interventional Pain Management Physician to join its multidisciplinary team. This position is ideal for a physician trained in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology who prefers a conservative, patient-centered approach to pain management and values a predictable weekday schedule.
Position Highlights:
- 100% outpatient, office-based practice
- No call, nights, or weekends
- Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Predictable schedule supporting excellent work-life balance
- Emphasis on non-interventional, conservative pain management
- Patient population primarily personal injury with some workers’ compensation
- Collaborative, multidisciplinary team including neurology and rehabilitation services
- Privately owned, well-established practice with strong administrative support
Compensation & Benefits:
- Year 1 base salary: $300,000 – $350,000+
- Year 2: Transition to a draw on a percentage of collections

Requirements:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R, Neurology, or Anesthesiology
- Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in a relevant specialty
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
- Experience with personal injury or workers’ compensation cases preferred, but not required
