Job Responsibilities
β’ Evaluate and manage acute and chronic pain conditions
β’ Perform interventional pain procedures (injections, nerve blocks, etc.)
β’ Develop individualized, multimodal pain treatment plans
β’ Monitor patient outcomes and adjust therapies as needed
β’ Educate patients on pain management options and expectations
β’ Coordinate care with primary care providers and specialists
β’ Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Qualifications
β’ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Medicine / Interventional Pain Management
β’ Graduate of an accredited medical school
β’ Eligible for Oregon medical licensure (facility will assist with OR license process)
β’ DEA license and CPR certification required
β’ Prior outpatient interventional pain experience preferred
