Compensation:


  • $400,000 guaranteed base salary with production bonus

  • Paid Time Off (PTO)

Position Highlights

Role Overview


We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Pain Physician to join a thriving and growth-focused interventional pain practice in beautiful Spring Hill, Florida. This full-time position offers exceptional earning potential, leadership growth through equity ownership, and a supportive clinical team dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care.



Responsibilities


  • Perform a wide range of interventional pain procedures in both office-based and ASC settings

  • Conduct new patient appointments (anticipated 6–8 per day on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday) with the focus on building a new patient base.

  • Supervise two experienced Nurse Practitioners who handle most follow-up patient care.

  • Utilize e-Clinical Works EMR.

  • Work hours are generally 8 am – 5 pm, Monday – Friday, with a one-hour lunch.


Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE/BC) in Interventional Pain.

  • Will consider new graduates.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset.

  • Experience with a patient population consisting primarily of Medicare and Managed Medicare, commercial, and Workers Comp.
