Start Date: Jan 2026- Ongoing
- Schedule:
- 3–4 days/month in the office: 10:30a–6:30p
- 3–4 days/month in ASC: morning start times (usually 7–9a, 3–4 hours per session)
- One Saturday per month may be required
- Call: None
Practice Setting & Case Mix
- Facility Type: Outpatient clinic + ASC
- Procedures:
- Spinal injections: epidurals, medial branch/facet blocks, RFA
- Regenerative medicine: stem cell injections for spine
- Optional: minimally invasive procedures (tenotomy, discectomy)
- Patient Load: 20–25 patients/day in office; 12–18 cases/month in ASC
- Insurance: Must be out-of-network for major carriers; in-network only for Medicare
