Start Date: Feb 2026- Ongoing
- Schedule:
- Office: 1–2 days per month, 10:30–18:30
- ASC (Ambulatory Surgery Center): 1–2 days per month, morning start (typically Friday + weekday)
- Call: None
Practice Setting & Case Mix
- Facility Type: Outpatient Clinic & ASC
- Patient Load: ~20–25 pts per office day; 12–18 ASC cases per month
- Procedures:
- Spinal injections: epidurals, medial branch/facet injections, RFA
- Regenerative medicine (stem cell injections for spine)
- Optional: minimally invasive procedures (Tenotomy, Discectomy)
- Clinic Setup: Office visits mostly every other Thursday; ASC schedule depends on patient volume
