An established, regional pain practice is seeking Pain Management Physician(s) to join its Memphis-area locations. The practice has served the West TN/Mississippi area for over 20 years and operates multiple clinics and dedicated single-specialty ASCs, offering physicians efficiency, autonomy, and strong earning potential through both ASC and overall business investment.
About the Opportunity
Physicians in the Memphis market typically rotate between two nearby locations, providing variety, balanced schedules, and consistent procedural volume. These sites are supported by experienced clinical teams and strong referral networks. Several senior physicians are approaching retirement, creating an excellent opportunity for long-term stability and future leadership.
Practice Highlights:
*Clinic and single-specialty ASC environments
*ASCs designed specifically for spine and pain procedures
*Two-OR ASCs supporting efficient case flow
*Primarily bread-and-butter interventional procedures with opportunity to expand advanced cases
*In-house toxicology services
*Streamlined workflows with dedicated clinic and ASC staff
Schedule & Volume:
*Blended clinic/ASC schedule
*Clinic half-day: ~15 patient visits
*ASC half-day: ~15 procedures
*Full ASC day: ~30 procedures
Compensation & Benefits:
*Base salary up to $550,000, based on training and experience
*Guaranteed base in year one with performance incentives
*Transition to productivity-based compensation with significant upside
*Sign-on and relocation assistance available
*Comprehensive benefits package
Business Ownership Opportunities:
*ASC buy-in available after 12 months (up to 10%)
*Platform-level equity opportunity after 18 months with employer matching
